Climate Change will affect everyone on mother earth. However its effect on China will be profound due to the way China has grown. It places severe limits on Chinese power relative to others. It is already happening. I have just correlated climate related events of the past four years in China . The results are astounding. As we look into the future, China’s capacity to either replace or ward off disaster or climate change related damage will keep decreasing as its economy stagnates. In my broad estimate we should see a significant change and outcome by round 2030. India’s strategy has to morph accordingly.
