This expert panel discussed the military aspects of the India China breakthrough. One needs to understand that there is no agreement or a deal involved in this breakthrough. It is only an arrangement. This arrangement is loose and nebulous and prone to many pitfalls. To think that India China relations will flower from this arrangement is delirious at best.
