The current patrolling arrangements arrived at between India and China have brought countries back to square one as it appears. in the process the string of pearls stands irrevocably broken. In the process many issues have changed. However the Chinese logic of the LAC has come to the fore, We must see the current developments against the wider canvass. More to come….
