Maj Gen Rajiv Narayanan (R) carried out a comprehensive assessment of China’s national power. It was realistic and to the point covering all aspects of national power as China lays it out. the major issue which emerges from this assessment is that while China will remain a major power and be consequential to the global economy, it will not be dominant as thought of hitherto fore.
