Lt Gen PC Nair (R) gave a clear overview of the Northeast and the transformation which has happened in the past two decades. He further gave an insight into the happenings in Bangladesh and how they will affect India. He described the Myanmar situation in detail and highlighted very important points. Overall it was an excellent take on the subject based on his long experience in affairs related to the Northeast.
