Lt Gen Gautam Moorthy (R) and I had a detailed discussion on how the election results have thrown up certain grave security issues along our northern and Eastern Borders. The issue of Agnipath was also discussed and it needs a change without doubt. The new government will have its task cut out to address these issues.
