In 2020, at the height of the Eastern Ladakh crisis, I wrote an article highlighting the danger and real intent of China claiming Sakteng. That is given below. Ex Buland Bharat an integrated surveillance and firepower exercise conducted recently in the Mandala Heights of Western Kameng District is more than a mere exercise. It effectivly puts paid to any military plan to outflank the Tawang defences. This is a video about a small but significant step taken by the Indian Army with multiple implications. Well done IA.
