This conversation with Pavitran Rajan was sobering and eye opening. He laid bare the fundamental issues which plague our cyber systems. India needs to do a lot more in a focussed manner if it needs to achieve strategic autonomy. More importantly unless we are able to have all aspects of cyber space in our control, our efforts at Digital India will come to nought.
