The CM of Arunachal Pradesh has described the mega dam which China is constructing in the great bend on the Brahmaputra is a water bomb for India. It is actually more than that. It affects habitat and ecology of locals, will induce mud slides and earth quakes and could also lead to changing out monsoon patterns. Is the government thinking on these lines? It better start doing so.
