The foot print of Chinese PMCs, PSCs and mercenaries is expanding. Their foot print in Africa is now well established with Chinese firms operating in many countries. They are all set to enter Pakistan to provide security to CPEC and Chinese interests there. However it will do us well to remember that private firms in China are the front face of the CPC. India has to face this new paradigm which is completely in the grey zone. We have to start seeing things differently. The neighbourhood Chinese Merc is here!
