The rapid rise of China is a marvel. However in its rapid rise China has set traps for itself in which it finds itself entrapped and cannot get out of. As China declines these will become more prominent. Maj Gen Rajiv Narayanan (R) and I have outlined a few of these traps and examined how they are pulling China down.
