The consensus in #China is to use every means short of war, to #prevent #India’s growth and development. Through #economic and #industrial methods, it attempts to ensure that India is kneecapped. Hence as our EAM talks to China as part of the SCO FMs meet and some sweet talk comes out from there , we should be aware of the reality.
