How Will The Trade War End For China?

Had a very useful discussion with Maj Gen Rajiv Narayanan on how the trade war will end for China. It is now clear that the focus of Trump’s trade war is China. However beyond that, USA is making moves to reassert global dominance. It has two broad aims – curtailing Chinese influence and stopping radical Islam. Irrespective of how things go for USA, China is going to emerge weaker since certain issues will be irreversible. As the USA and West wean themselves away from China, opportunities will open up for India. We need to step up to the task.
