There is a palpable outreach from China towards India. China wants India for its markets to revive its growth. It also wants India to align itself with China geopolitically and away from USA. China, however avoids any mention of settling the border ior its collusively with Pakistan or interference in the neighbourhood or the IOR. Internally ‘India’ experts in China have been painting a poor picture of our country. Externally the outreach is portrayed as a joint endeavour of two great nations to grow together. However at the end China wants to ‘kneecap’ India as part of a planned strategy. This has been examined through different perspectives of Chinese analysis and opinion published in different platforms recently. China is speaking with a forked tongue with malevolence.
