Gunners Shot

The more one examines the history of Bangladesh – its coups, assassinations, its counter coups and martial law episodes the more one gets convinced that Yunus engineered a coup with the help of his US connections and his Islamic radicals who have always played a part in the convoluted political fabric of the nation. It is also clear that Yunus has made all effort to improve his relations with Pakistan and China while completely ignoring India. He wants to amend the constitutional fabric of Bangladesh to convert it from a secular to an Islamic nation. While he has been doing all this, the country is steadily sliding into anarchy or Yunarchy if you please. The situation is really grim. India and USA need to cooperate to ensure that the Yunus-ISI-China combine do not upstage peace in the region.
