When BBC comes out with report that Hindus in Bangladesh are facing serious issues , it is time to examine it with equal seriousness. The situation for Hindus in a regressive Bangladesh is going from bad to worse. In this context Mr Sree Iyer and I discussed the idea whether a Hindudesh can be set up within Bangladesh. It might seem preposterous but the idea has come up in the imagination of certain quarters – good bad or ugly. It needs an honest , open and frank examination. That’s what we did in this podcast. While the improbability of the thought is clear, the plight of all minorities in a Secular Bangladesh which wants to become Islamic is of concern and should catch the attention of GOI.
