Xi Jinping’s near absence from public life has now in the seventh week. In typical communist fashion there is hardly any news and rumours are abound. Lt Gen Dushyant Singh(R), Maj Gen R Narayanan (R) and I analyse this phenomenon based on facts available and confirmed news. The discussion was incisive. Whatever the issue, there is something amiss in China and with Xi Jinping. In military terms…we are discussing the early indicators….we are reading the clouds on the horizon.
