In my opinion, China is muddling along. Take any facet of China – economy, politics, military, diplomacy and whatever. The dominance which was there in their information campaigns is missing. what one sees is a lot explanation about their negativity. That is all this podcast about. Mind you these are subjects straight off the Chinese media covered in a 48-72 hour period.
