Mr Sree Iyer and I discussed as to why China is rattled. Recent Initiatives by India have sent China scrambling. Make no mistake. China is reacting. When seen against the larger geopolitical situation it is clear that an overextended China seems to be on the back foot. However the challenge is to see how India takes it forward.
