India’s ‘Neighbourhood First’ policy is under strain with relations with our neighbours going through ups and downs. This is due to many factors- internal to the country, issues with India and the omnipresence of China. In case India is to emerge as a power of consequence, it needs to take its neighbours along in its journey of prosperity.
