Will Xi take China to war is a million dollar question which is conditioned by many factors. Mr Sree Iyer and I discussed the factors involved in detail. For the present it does not appear as if Xi Jinping will indulge in a war by ‘Design’. At least for the present. Going to war by “Accident” is entirely another matter.
