The CASA web discussion on Pakistan Beyond Elections was very good. The real issues facing Pakistan came out loud and clear. The country is on a brink. Just as absence of war is not peace, absence of street protest is not calm or that peoples aspirations have been met. The Army, judiciary and political entities are in a high stakes gamble in a bankrupt casino called Pakistan. Very critical and interesting times ahead in Pakistan.
