Will China got to war is a question I have been asked many times. My answer has been that China will go to war when it is fully prepared and Xi Jinping is confident of Victory. In Chinese thinking, victory has to be political. Further questions are why will it go to war, with whom and what will be its end game. What are the risks involved?
