Gunners Shot

This CASA dialogue was rich in content. The speakers were simply outstanding in their thought processes. As India rises, there is an undeniable need for us to navigate the highs and low winds which blow from great power competition . India must also be conscious of the fact that the denomination of great power competition is changing due to climate change, technology, energy and food insecurity, Most importantly, India’s rise while being welcomed by the West and Russia will be opposed by China which remains uncompromising.
