AVM Pranay Sinha (R) outlined the nuts and bolts of what needs to be done to galvanise our defence industrial base. The hurdles we have created for ourselves are huge. Apart from overhauling the DRDO, there is a need to change some aspects of the Karger system. Within the DRDO itself, there is a lot of stream lining one can do. A very interesting take on many issues from an air force perspective.
