Gunners Shot

This was the second CASA webinar on the Manipur crisis. The discussion was positive, open and frank. A lot of causative factors were discussed and broad options emerged. Many of them are doable. The most important issue is that the problem of Manipur has to be solved through a constitutional mechanism externally. The internal mechanisms have failed. However any solution has to evolve from within . Any solution which is forced down will be disastrous. The question is will our political leadership rise to the occasion and above itself?
