Lt Gen Satish Dua (R) and i had a discussion on Kashmir where he touched upon the Kokernag encounter, reflected on how militancy has changed and most importantly, he gave us a glimpse about his forthcoming book. It was a good discussion. We also discussed the ongoing India Canada spat.
