I had an open and frank discourse on Jaipur Dialogues on what is happening in Manipur. Laid out the issue of expanding internal strife to other parts of the region and also India. The external dimensions and drug related issues were also highlighted. The need for political consensus is paramount…if the state is to be pulled back.
