The curtain raiser on the China challenge was indeed defining. Lt Gen SL Narasimhan (R) lays it out in bare terms the challenge which is now emerging from China. This is the second time I heard this presentation. It acquired more meaning. This is a must for anyone who is a china watcher , even in the passing.
