A webinar on The Game Changing 20th National Congress of the CCP: Implications for India was conducted under the auspices of CASA. The panel was very knowledgeable and I was very fortunate to moderate such a panel. However the main issues which came out were that India has to be on its guard and also be able to ward off the Chinese challenge.
I recommend that this webinar be watched for the shape of things to come.
